Behavioral Illness? Mental Illness? – Or Both?
Dr. Eric Anderson will discuss differences between behavioral illness and mental illness, as well as the treatment of complications when they co-exist.
Dr. Anderson is a psychiatrist with Spectrum Behavioral Health and the Department of Mental and Behavioral Health at Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Managing Holiday Stressors
A panel of mental health professionals will discuss the holiday season and the stress that it can cause. With some planning on the part of consumers, their families and loved ones – many stressful situations might be avoided. Bring and share your own strategies for dealing with the holiday season. We’ll share them, too! Light holiday refreshments before the program.
